I'm on RIA way too much to not rate this somewhat highly.
Between entertaining myself with reading internet comments and doing practical things like paying bills, I use the PC often enough that, if I had to go without it for a short amount of time, it would be a bit of an annoyance. I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal, until I moved out of state and was unable to access various accounts due to the lack of internet access.
