I'm changing my rating of T-Mobile from a 1 to a 4. Initially I was upset by the poor coverage, but I'm SOOOOOO pleased with their amazing customer service that I'm converted. I mean c'mon... you NEVER hear of good customer service from a phone company these days, do you?! Also, either their coverage is getting better or I'm getting used to it. I still have to walk to one corner of my apt. (which is in the middle of San Francisco!) to get coverage though.
