One of my favorite Hollies tunes, a minor hit in 1967, doesn't get played on mainstream radio, and probably hasn't for a very long time...essentially a pop song with psychedelic, Sgt. Pepperesque trappings. I always thought it was more about a fellow with incredibly bad luck, but perhaps it has some arcane references to drugs too.
