Depends on the context. If she's a personal trainer or yoga instructer, I would suspect she's low on the high heels and dresses aspect, and this is perfectly fine. But if she's a businesswoman, saleswoman or needs to entertain clients, high heels and dresses would probably be applicable, and yes appreciated from a man's sexual perspective.
