takes years to get a visa approved. you need a visa to get temporary residency(which btw cost hundreds of dollars) and one cannot just go to immigration and ask for citizenship. takes years after becoming a resident. we are looked at funny by the outside world because half this country disrespects it's own president. because we are fighting a war that has no real point and because d.c cannot agree to do anything without fighting. not because there are illegal immigrants in this country. we are not the only ones who have them. however you are right. building a wall is not the answer. there are other ways to diminish illegal entrance into our country and it is high time washington do something about it.
