Keybank 1

I have been a loyal and responsible Keybank customer for around 15 years. My recent experiences mirror those of canankee below. As stated, overdraft fees are charged in such a way as to earn Keybank as much money as possible before the customer has a chance to recover. I had $270 in overdraft charges before the first notice ever reached me. All the while I had thousands in other Keybank accounts under my name. Some of the fees assesed violate their own policies. It would seem they pay for the candy canes out of their profits on the overdraft charges.
