Philadelphia International Airport (Philadelphia, PA) 1

Poorly laid out, requiring long walks and shuttles from terminal to terminal. Tried to find the rental car counter (to book a car at final destination - not Philly) and was told I would have to leave the airport and take a shuttle. Unfriendly & unhelpful people as well.

the airport is like the alphabet, a,b,c,d,e,f, and the gates are in order when you enter the termial, how is that confusing???????? is a 4-5 minute walk that long??? we become unfriendly at the airport from reciving the same dumb questions over and over, just read, it's really not that confusing
