It's bad enough that the majority of attackers were Saudis, yet due to the Bush family connections with Saudi's elite, Saudis are exempt from the anti-terror profiling. This effort to turn management of the ports over to a country that is a major funding source of terror could amount to the very definition of "jutzpa."
