I'm no fan of Kerry,but I really doubt that ANYBODY short of say, Mussolini(and he's dead) ,could really be worse than Bush.First and foremost,despite the underhanded smearing of the "swift boat liars",Kerry actually DID serve in the military ,in actual Combat,rather than hide in the safety his wealthy and powerful family could buy him like Bush did.I think this experience would have made him more diplomatic with our allies in the removal of despots like Hussein.He knows first hand what our troops go through in the front lines,and would be much more careful not to put them in harms way-and he certainly would have known better than to send them so ill-equipped that their own families had to scrape money together for protective gear.He also had a pretty good Environmental record,unlike Bush who would sell the last Sequoia for a quick buck or waste time and money ruining the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to put a band aid on the sucking chest wound of our oil dependance.
