Cheater who got KU rolling on its cheating ways. Yeah he won a lot of games, but come on...at what cost? Where is the integrity? Points-shaving, "covert subsidization of players," "cribbing on exams", "illegal recruiting."

ROSS, THE FUNNIEST SAD PART IS THE INFORMATION YOU FAILED TO INSERT! SCENE--1950--ONE OF THOSE ROTTEN CHEATERS WAS IN NEW YORK COURTS --GETTING KICKED OUT OF BASKETBALL, WHILE AT THE EXACT SAME MOMENT A LOCAL "LITIGATOR" ON REQUEST FROM FRANCIS "CARDINAL" SPELLMAN--REFUSED TO SERVE WARRENTS ON A "HOLY CROSS"U. AND AN N.Y.U. BSKTB ICON------! RUPP GOT SKEWERED WHILE NYU, CCNY, etal HAD TEAM MEMBERS PLAYING AS "PRO-TEAMS" ON WEEK ENDS IN THE OLD EASTERN LEAGUE! JUST WATCH THROWING THAT FIRST STONE!

EVEN AT HIS WORST--RUPP WAS A SAINT WHEN COMPARED TO JOHN WOODEN!

jackkat - I find it funny that you don't defend Rupp, you only justify his faults by comparing them to others. I've heard the dirt on Wooden as well. Neither deserve the esteem they are given...all the while Eddie Sutton is still held out of the hall for being set up by KY boosters and personal problems that have nothing to do with basketball. What a horrible political circus it all is.
