I would not recommend Keybank, I was moving not long ago, and did not know the rental truck and movers would cost more than I had budgeted, I was overdrawn for a few days, and the fees they charge are TOTALLY excessive! For being overdrawn for just a couple days until I could cover it (heck, I covered it as soon as I knew about it), they charged me $200+ in overdrawn fees! I think it is time for people to write their national reps and have them investigate these excessive bank fees and start regulating them better! Nope, not a bank I would recommend, and I am in the processo of dropping them, moving to another bank.
I also had a dispute with a company over a charge to my Mastercard/debit card. The business basically took my $500 and did nothing for me, so I disputed it with Keybank, Mastercard--they REFUSED to refund my money and reverse the charge despite my getting nothing for my $500!
So, have dropped Keybank, changed banks,and am in the process of writing complaints to those in charge of Keybank, Mastercard (oh yes, dropped MC too for Visa).
