Being relatively new to eBay, my experience is a bit limited (and only as a buyer). The site has some nice features (that are probably also on the competitors), like saved searches, a watch list, and the integration with PayPal. For the most part my experience has been good; however, once I had a seller ship an item that wasn't as advertised. The site does have a resolution process (a nice touch) that was resolved in my favor, but I was instructed to return the item at my expense prior to a refund (which makes no sense to me). Not only that, the seller threatened to close the account to prohibit my refund. When informed of this, neither eBay nor PayPal seemed to take any interest. The bottom line is that it's still a buyer beware world on eBay.
