DIRECT CONTACT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM INTELLIFLIX

I believe in Intelliflix and the quality of service that we provide. I have gone out directly to this site stating that we at Intelliflix are serious about addressing our customers concerns. Our goal is to provide the Intelliflix Customer with a great service at a great price To give our customers the Ultimate Online DVD Rental Experience.

I invited and continue to encourage any Intelliflix Customer to contact me directly at eileen@inc.intellilfix.com so that I could assist in resolving any issue(s). Those customers that did contact me directly received immediate attention and resolution of their inquiries.

We are proud to be taking our customer service to the next level by reaching out to customers wherever they are. We are the only company to my knowledge that has made this type of effort and as a result people love our commitment.

Our goal is to deliver your DVD's to your mailbox in 1 to 3 business days (depending on origin and availability).

We have created a system that informs you about our inventory status; so that you can get the most out of your membership with Intelliflix. We have some very unique/rare titles you will not find anywhere else (movies, games & mature); over 60,000 title. We don't hide the fact that some titles are Rare and or in High Demand. We tell you when a DVD is Rare or in High Demand by displaying this message before the DVD is entered into your Queue. "This title is Rare or in High Demand and it is not likely that you will get it in the next 1-30 days. We will ship it out as it becomes available, on a first-come, first-served basis." The DVD is then entered into your Queue. It will be displayed in the Queue Waiting Area at the bottom of the page and will be automatically placed in your regular Queue for shipment as soon as it becomes available.

Our COMING BACK FEATURE let's you tell us that you have mailed back a DVD so we can send you the next movie in your Queue even before we have received it. It is available 4 days after your title was shipped to you, which provides enough time for delivery and for you to watch it at home. Only one title at a time can be listed as "Coming Back". This feature is available to members after 1 month and applies to all general release titles, not to games or mature content.

Intelliflix is a great choice for home entertainment needs. We're good people, we want your business, and we'll work hard to keep it. Customer Satisfaction is our #1 PRIORITY.

To dvdnut: If you think that Netflix is fabricating and leaving negative reviews and is responsible for the MANY criticisms of Intelliflix, you're wrong. I am one of those poor unfortunate suckers who had the misfortunate experience of being an Intelliflix member. Have you even had any personal experience with this company? Ignorant comments like yours only cause confusion to people looking for ACCURATE ACTUAL customer reviews.

pathetic company! i think the feds should investigate their "employees!" so how many of them are legal residents of the US? oh... how about tax fraud? and the crappy work environment they have to go through!!! lastly, poor customer services... that's right! so why intelliflix chose to not offer live customer service? because they can't speak English! lol like i said before... AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
