Very very important. We are not mind readers. If you tell a groomer to cut your dog short it may come home shorter than you wanted. Be as specific as you can when showing your groomer what you want. Let them know of any warts or skin issues, and if you don't understand what they are describing then ask them to make it clearer to you.
