Display of Foreign Language Accents

Genghis tells me that when I tries to post accents over letters, it doesn't display properly.

This is a bug that should be eliminated. I would be hopeful that it wouldn't take too much work.

Some words must have a diacritical mark in order to make sense. Thankfully we don't have such in the English language, but many foreign words are properly used in English prose. This would be a big help.
