I can't see this improvement (i.e. the owner edit feature) dropping from the top spot of this list. As the other comments noted, prior to the redesign one would have to do a lot of backtracking to perform maintenance on a weblist or perhaps keep a second window open. Currently one has a link to revise the list as a whole or per item, which keeps the required effort to a minimum. However, I have noticed a bug that may have not been reported, namely hitting that back button on the browser can result in a new item being duplicated.
