Though I don't use the new reply feature (or at least haven't yet and don't presently intend to), personally favoring a stand-alone review, I suppose others will use it. Assuming that others will reply to some of my comments, I suppose that filtering these directly to my RIA inbox would bring these to my attention when otherwise they could very well be missed. Nevertheless, given that a) only a single comment can be made on any one item and b) any reply by me to any such reply would result in losing all helpful votes, I doubt it would mean anything in the long run.
