Some pretty harsh comments are being made about her acting ability, or lack thereof. I find these to be unfair.
She was only 17 when she started Dark Angel. She carried that show on her shoulders for 2 years. A lot to ask of someone that young. But she did it, and improved visibly with her acting.
Honey was a shaky movie. She was decent, but I think it was a little to early for her at 21 to be headlining a movie.
I thought she did a fine job in Into The Blue.
In Sin City and Fantastic Four, she did well as an actress. She just did a good job. I wasn't left questioning her abilities afterwards. She was beautiful as always, but it was obvious her acting chops had taken a major leap up from earlier efforts.
Anyway, everyone better get used to seeing more of her. She has SEVEN(!) movies planned for 2007. I think we will get a good idea of what she is or isn't capable of. Can't wait.
I do give her some points for being great to look at. Part of being an actor/actress is looks. Which she has.
