Haha, I guess for me it's good news, because you can't lose it if you've never had it! Seriously, though, it does worry me about losing flexibility and stamina through age, but that has more to do with how I handle it. Life isn't defined by the situations you're in, it's how you handle yourselves in those situations. One of the most effective commercials that I have ever seen is that Bowflex commercial with the 50-year-old woman with the body of a 20-year-old. You don't HAVE to go down broken and feeble, but you've got to work for it, and that is the hard part: getting the motivation to actually do it. But it IS possible. Sure, I may need a walker when I'm old, but hopefully I'll do something about it so that, if I do, it'll be much later on in life than what it would be.

Nah, if they're trolls, they would've gotten the rest of the comments. Methinks there's just a handful of folks who really don't to hear that a big part of health in aging has to do with taking personal responsibility in your health. Yeah, there are a lot of things in life that you can't change, but it's up to you to change the things you can.
