Directed by George Lucas, starring Robert Duvall, Donald Pleasence, Don Pedro Colley, Maggie McOmie, Ian Wolfe, Marshall Efron, Sid Haig, John Pearce, Irene Forrest, Gary Alan Marsh, John Seaton, Eugene I. Stillman, Raymond Walsh, Mark Lawhead, Robert Feero, Johnny Weissmuller Jr. and David Ogden Stiers, released in 1971.

One of the all time greatest sci-fi movies made.Again,the theme of people separated from one another and used by those "in control" makes us re-think where we are headed today.Each persons sole entertainment/info/companion is a hologram projected into his or her living quarters.Religion has become a booth they enter and talk to a recording:"Could you be more...specific?" A must see.Just as relevant today as when it was made.
