I have to agree HistoryFan, they are loaded with flavor and even the mustard they use is the best you will find. I arrived in Germany at the climax of Fasching, which is called Fastnacht in English. It is a three month long carnival and one of the largest selling items on any menu there at this time is Bratwurst on Brochen, ( their type of roll) in place of our traditional hot dog rolls which also leave a bit to be desired compared to Brochen. I no longer eat pork. I do miss the taste of this in particular.
