Vudija

I took 4 years of French and 3 years of Spanish while in high school. Unfortunately, 2 years later, I realize I didn't retain much of anything I learned. I'm practically back to basics in both languages because I haven't needed to speak it since I graduated.

11/27/2006		I can relate to this. It's a difficult situation when you don't have others to communicate with to keep the language fresh in your mind. I have Spanish friends but very few who know any Spanish. I learned to turn on the Spanish channels every now and then so that I can talk back to them or try to guess what one person will say to another. It helps some.
