Bally's Total Fitness 1

I bought a lifetime membership and have long since paid it off. Recently, Bally's merged with Crunch and even more recently, they sold Crunch to someone else and apparantly my membership with it. There isn't a Crunch gym anywhere near where I live and I can't use the Bally's anymore because they say I'm not a member. Can they sell my membership to another gym without my permission? I called them on it and they said since I wasn't a member, I would have to call Crunch. I called Crunch and they told me if I wanted to go back to Bally's, I could cancel my Crunch membership and go buy a Bally's membership(which I was already a lifetime member of). Crunch and Bally's both are disreputable and have questionable ethics. They probably gave Crunch all the members like me that they were no longer making any money on.

I am going into a class action law suit against Bally's for doing the same thing to me. If you are interested in the settlement/ case please email me at Lindainda@aol.com. It REALLY sux that they did this to us- without our knowledge.
