Thank you Greg, I appreciate your views and have read the passages, Yes I know what the Bible says and I agree with you that we all ore guilty, there is no one living that is a Saint and perfect and does not sin, but that does not mean that we are all going to spend the here after living in Hell. I do not believe that because I am gay that I will spend my life in Hell. The Bible mentions many things about heterosexuals, but I have nothing against anyone nor do I judge anyone, that is not for me do. I do not care what people think of me and I do not allow people to put me down because I am gay, I am not hurting anyone or bothering anyone with my lifestyle. Tracy, you have just spoken some truth, yes I do agree people choose to beleive what they get out of the Bible when they read it, it is also based on what religion you are to what you believe, I feel this is one reason why there is so much diversity on so many subjects that affect us all. I am not out to condemn anyone's religion or to put people down. I do believe that we will be judged by God when our time here on earth is over, and it will be at that time that we will have to answer. I do agree with you that God would not have people born this way if it was a sin, what kind of God would do something like this if he is to be almighty and his son is our Saviour? but regardless it still remains to be a debatable question and probably will remain to be one way after I am gone. I know my church is against homosexuals but I still attend because it is my religion and I do not feel that I have sinned because I am Gay. Thank You for your views. Brent

Hello,Brent.According to some old testiment verses homosexuality is a sin.As a sin it is no better or worse than any other sin and I don't believe it sends anyone arbitrarily to hell Provided they seek forgiveness and ask jesus to be their Lord and Savior.I feel homosexuality is wrong bibically but your sexual preference is between you and the Lord.This may be your cross to bear and the Lord will help you carry it just rely on his strength and wisdom to help you find the answer you are looking for.

Brent, my heart goes out to you. The Bible defines sin as "missing the mark." We all fall short. Sin separates us from God. When we continue in what He calls sin, then that is our choice. Whether I sleep with someone (M or F) outside of marriage (M & F), the God of the Bible calls that sin. Jesus is The Only Way to deal with our sin. We turn to Him, surrender to Him and let Him do the work in changing us from the inside out. God made us all, but because sin entered into the world through Adam, we all have this sin nature. Just watch a baby. You don't have to teach it to do wrong, which comes naturally. We teach them to do right. I know, a silly example, but true. Anyway, it is not God's doing when things are not right or what we call mistakes. But He doesn't leave us alone without help. May I encourage you to read the Gospel of John?
