The Nintendo Wii is truly a revolution in video gaming and a spectacular video gaming system. The graphics are a bump up from the GameCube, and look great, especially with the games that support 16:9 widescreen. The controller is amazingly revolutionary. Wireless and motion-sensing, it really pulls you into the game. This is most obvious in the incredible (and free!) pack-in title Wii Sports. Being able to move the remote like a bowling ball or swing it like a bat is just too much fun. They can't say these video games are bad for you! The Nintendo charm remains, and so does the Nintendo difference. For $249, you get a system that plays GameCube and Wii games, has a revolutionary control method, and a free game. Compare that to the outrageous and simply stupifying $599 for the Playstation 3!
Even more, the Nintendo Wii has other features. The "Forecast Channel" brings you forecasts for cities all across the nations. The "Internet Channel" allows you to surf the internet for free in wonderful widescreen on your TV! And, the awesome Virtual Console allows you to download classic NES, Super Nintendo, Genesis, TurboGrafx16, and Nintendo 64 titles at 50 to 90 percent of their original MSRP! Some of the great downloadable titles include Super Mario Bros, Ice Hockey, Super Mario 64 and many more!
The game library for the Wii is small now, but 2007 promises to be quite spectacular with Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Mario Party 8, Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, Sonic and the Secret Rings, Super Mario Galaxy, Big Brain Academy, Sudoku, Cooking Mama: Cook Out, and Pokemon Battle Revolution!
Wii Would like to Play! ^_^
