Spam protection and filtering are a joke - they are primative at best. Service is a joke; it is more like a machine intended to thwart inquiries. I have yet to receive a helpful reply. In fact asked why their 'do not display graphics' option was not working, I was told it was working as designed. Obviously then it was designed to display graphics regardless of its setting because that is what I was getting.
