I have a 92 camry with 130k mi. It runs great and I want to keep it running as long as I can. So I'm considering switching to Synthetic oil. Walmart brand beacause its about half the price of mobil. I heard that some older eninge seals can't handle synthetic oil and will bread down and leak. is this true for a '92 Camry 4cyl engine? Any comments on my idea to switch or the leaking?

01/26/2007		From what I have read on other forums, it is a good oil for up to about a 5,000 mile oil change interval (OCI). Warren Performance Products make it for Walmart. I have not used it but those forum's oil test have not found any fault or concerns to not use it. If you are looking based on price, Advance Auto Parts stores is running a sale until around 1/27 on Pennzoil Platinum - 2 for the price of 1 which will cost you about $2.89 /qt. This oil could take you out to about 8,000 mi OCI.
