Anyone who claims that they're doing everything Weight Watchers says they should do and still aren't losing weight either need to be more honest with themselves. In the very rare case they are having real problems and it's not a cheating/portion size issue, they should see a doctor.
If you are disciplined enough to do it alone, great. A lot of people need the support and information though. In the end, like any diet program, they won't do the work for you and if you aren't losing weight or if you aren't keeping it off you need to work a little harder or at least accept responsibility instead of blaming a diet plan.
