Hank is really good at informing people about false teachers. Of course people who follow these false teachers are usually mad at Hank for speaking on them. Overall, Hank presents an excellent package. Of course, it's not perfect but it is excellent nonetheless. He most always presents useful information and a lot of good resources. One of his downfalls is that he speaks with a large vocabulary and assumes people understands those words. That may be fine in a university setting when speaking with professors, but to the lay person this is a bit of a turnoff. I can deal with it, but I go to my dictionary a lot when listening to him. Another issue I have with him are some of his views on the rapture. I'm not sure if I agree with him, but it's a secondary issue and the primary one (Placing faith in Christ) is something I am in full agreement with him on.
