You lost me there Chief...I wasn't aware that Lincoln attacked Fort Sumter or dropped out of the Union. I would suggest that you get the 3-Volume Shelby Foote Civil War series and start reading. BTW, I am NOT trying to be offensive here...I just think you've got the who started it thing wrong.

Not offended, but you are forgetting the fact that Lincoln sent troops to occupy Fort Sumter...knowing full well what the result would be.
