I had to rate a star but if i had the choice i wouldnt...I received my dell dimension C521 desktop on monday 5th feb this week and have had nothing but problems, system running severly slow, then crashing and then now (friday) when i switch the computer on the boot screen appears with "MISSING OPERATING SYSTEM" and dell support have been very unhelpful saying i cannot get an exchange or refund, i phoned support tonight and they are not open until monday i am very angry with this!!! i should have done my homework before buying it feel so dissapointed! I will be looking into this get back to me let me know whats happened with yours?
