actually studio fix powder is the LEAST rub off one! how much are you putting on?? because it is not meant to be "touched up" through out the day. I don't know if that is the issue or not, but ive seen/heard people who see its powder finish it and re-apply it like it's a powder and its not. you have to think of it just like the liquid, you wouldn't put it all over your face again a couple hours later to refresh your look! thats when you look cakey. i've also seen a woman take an hour to put it on because she put SOO much on! you don't need so much, a little bit goes along way! if you need more coverage, use a concealer for those spots and use the studio fix for blending. it wont clog your pores if you don't put too much on and you wash it off at night. its hypoallergenic but even if you cake on something hypoallergenic and don't wash it off you will look cakey and get clogged!
