GE Potscrubber Series 1

I've read all the comments abou the potscruber...funny...you would think ya'll were living with me. It is a piece of junk. I have never seen a dishwasher rust. We have a home waranty, so it will cost $50 to fix the leaking problem. Or the waranty company can buy us out for $200 and we can replace it on our own. Any recommendations for a good dishwasher that won't break the bank or fall apart in just 7 years?

We are in the process of replacing our GE GSD2200 dishwasher after only two years of service. It's a piece of junk that leaves film and sediment all over the top rack of dishes. We looked at consumer reports and, for the money, reliability, features, and infrequency of repairs are going with the Whirlpool DU1100XTP dishwasher for $449.00.
