01/20/2008 | Not so sure about that...though they ran in different eras and it really isn't fair to compare, Secretariat probably had the edge. One, better feeding and training methods, better genetics, better track conditions....not to mention that few two year olds win horse of the year, which Secretariat did...over his stablemate Riva Ridge who won the derby and belmont. |
