Okay, suppose you're allergic to mushrooms. You order a
meal at a restaurant without realizing that the plate you asked for has
mushrooms in it. What are you going to do? It's certainly
not worth asking the waiter to take it back, so all what you do is put
the mushrooms to the side and eat the rest of the meal. What's so low
class about that? You certainly don't want to get seriously ill
because you feel that you have a social obligation to eat everything on
your plate. To think otherwise would be just plain foolish.
