Hmmm. Don't know about this. As much as I hold Ali's smarts and precision in nearly the highest regard, Marciano was more determined and, as far as I can recall, nearly invulnerable. Several others were as powerful or perhaps even more so, but Marciano's advantage lay in that there were in him no known weakness or mental lapses, which he gave proof of in retiring at the proper time.
