Oh, that's right, this is about global warming. Isn't it? And wars over oil, right. How then does any self-respecting, war-hating, peacenik liberal justify NOT drilling for oil in ANWR? Which is more objectionable, a few caribou inconvenienced or another war over oil? Oh, BOTH are objectionable equally? Well, now, that's a quandary. The Alaska Pipeline was OK, but drilling in the huge, pristine and useless wildlife reserve, which hardly anyone ever sees ANY part of, represents raping the environment. I can almost hear the planet groaning. Or, maybe that's not the planet groaning . . .
