Ability to format reviews with links, italics, and bold

In February, 2007, RateItAll added the ability for members to format their reviews with italics, bold, and outbound links. This feature is not available to new members leaving their first review.

Made use of this feature once. Like it lots but must be discriminating so as to not overdo it.
