I've questioned authority all my life. Now that I'm a
division manager in a huge company I have, ironically enough, another
point of view, but you know what--I still encourage people to question
me. All I ask is for decency and civility. All good bosses
are able to accept criticism, hard though it may be, at times.
But questioning authority is at the heart of a free society and don't
ever forget it.
