There is allot of good and unfortunately allot of bad I can say about this nation we call England!!!

The biggest problem with England is the constant thought our government tries to install; That we can do no better unless we are not part of Europe. Sorry Blair, WRONG; We have thrived very well without the EU. We are not a crime filled place as some would have you believe, but we do have our fair share of crime. We are a country that thinks our History is good, sorry fellow citizens.: Most of our history consist of raping and pillaging other peoples land and then forcing our views on them - Not something to be proud of!!! Many perceive the English as snobs , yes and no! We do have an air about us that permeates snobbery, but the average Joe hates this and wants people to know that is not true. Before you judge, maybe talk with a local in the PUB and you may see things a little different. I love and miss the English country side, but in no way miss the Rain!!!! I love the architecture of London and England but dont necessary like why some of the buildings are there I.E. Marble Arch. I hate the problem with Immigration and feel that if we put in as much effort as we do with Iraq: Then maybe we would not have a problem and stand up against France, who keeps offloading immigrants. My view on the English government is that they are a bunch of quivering followers and we no longer have a back bone to stand up for ourselves. I am very glad for the freedom the UK has and I respect and love all the Men and women that died to give us freedom, a freedom most in this world do not have. I would also say that I'm proud of all our men and women serving in the forces, they still have a very high standard that is still respected around the world. I love the Union Jack and Im very proud of it (how it was put together and the reasons why we fly the flag.)and how it came about. Im not proud of the years of oppression we have given to many countries. I do love what my country has stood for in the past and Im glad I was born there. But I would say Im not over impressed with how my country is turning out!
