John Fitzgerald Kennedy (1961-1963)

Born in 1917, John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960. During the Kennedy Administration, the nation was at the height of the Cold War, with significant crises unfolding in Cuba, Vietnam and Berlin. Kennedy also had to face growing civil unrest here at home. Just 1,000 days into his term, Kennedy was assassinated on Nov. 22, 1963 in Dallas, TX.

 


Conservatism

Yes JFK is some what overrated but some good did come from his administration. He fought for civil rights and led us through some of the most terrifying times during the Cold War. I would put him in the top 20 greatest presidents of all time, thats my opinion.
