Pathetic bank to deal with, though I appreciate the ppl at the branch.
1. If you are online banking users they give all kinds od offers once you log out, like Privacy assist, overdraft with 4-5 buttons to confuse you. In hurry you click any of the buttons without reading it and you will be poorer by atleast $30 per month for this courtesy.
2. They promise the moon by offering credit cards, even after 2 months you dont receive it. You cancel it, they take 3 months to cancel it. Then next 2 months to send the cheque (if you are using a secured card). So you end up locking your say $500 (given for the secured card).
