I've been takin Trimspa for about 3 weeks now and it seems to be working really well for me. I wanted to try an experiment with it to see exactly how powerful this pill actually is. The first week all I did was trade unhealthy food for healtier food. I didn't keep track of my calories or anything. I just tried to eat sensible. Well when I weighed in at the end of the week I had lost 4 1/2 pounds. Then the second week I just ate whatever I felt like eating. Chips, cookies, chicken, pizza, whatever sounded good at the time. I ate some healthy food too. But when I weighed in at the end of that week I had gained almost 5 pounds. Then in the third week I actually wrote down what I ate and kept track of my calories andd stuff. And there wasn't a day that I went over 1200 calories. When I weighed in at the end of that week I had lost 8 1/2 pounds. Now this week I'm gonna add exercise into the mix and see what I get. So yes Trimspa does work but you still have to watch what you eat. There is no miracle drug that will just take everything you eat and burn it off. It's not that easy. Losing weight is hard work, but for me taking Trimspa seems to make it a little easier. I never feel hungry and I almost have to force myself to eat. Which I like. As long as I don't feel the urge to eat, I don't eat. The hunger pangs are gone and I never worry that I'm depriving myself of anything. Because once a week I have what I call a cheat day. Usually the day after I weigh myself, and on that day I eat anything that I want. All the things I couldn't eat earlier in the week I eat on that day. But the next day I'm right back to eating between 1000 and 1200 calories. I've tried two different kinds of the Trimspa product, the Trimspa X32, and the Trimspa Ultra. And for me the X32 works better. It seems to work for me and I'm gonna continue to take and see what happens.
