Character Limit Bug - FIXED

I've heard reports from both GenghisTheHun and EschewObfuscation that occasionally, very, very long reviews are getting vaporized by the character limit feature. This should never happen - it should result in a warning, but not the deletion of the review.

It is a good idea to allow more talkative reviewers to be able to write as much as they like, and although I do tend to waffle sometimes, I have never gone over the limit of words. But of course, without a word limit, mass spamming is possible...
