All of Jesus' disciples where chosen for their degrees and doctorates weren't they? Any Christian that can proclaim the Truth of Christ Jesus can be an evangelist. You don't have to have a degree. Even a little child can proclaim the Gospel of Jesus.

There are No qualifications to become a T.V. Evangelist. Over a thousand Bible Colleges in the U.S.A. and he can Pastor a Church with a High School Education. Most of the Bad theology comes from not knowing the basics. Look over this T.V Evangelist list and look at the Dumb things they teach and ask yourself why ?
