Why did you gove this food a 5 star rating? Iams is a one star food, it is a very poor food. Ol'Roy though is even worse. Dogs will eat feces if not getting the proper nutrition they need. Wolves will eat elk and deer feces when hunting for the digestind grasses and some energy to keep hunting. I feed my dogs Solid Gold green beef tripe one day a week to fulfill their need for these ingredients. I tell everyone who is looking for an inexpensive dog food to try Canidae. It is not the best food, but is up there in the top 10% of the hundred or so foods available. Iams is in bottom 20% and Ol'roy is in the bottom 10%. Canidae can be found for 32 bucks in my area for a 40 pound bag. Feed 2/3 rds the amount you are feeding now and make the switch over a 2-3 week period. Pour some Canidae into you bag of Iams (about 20% total) and mix bag, a week later add some more Canidae, and mix. Do this gradually so as to use up the Iams. Your dog will do much, much better on this food than Iams.
