OK, but customer service sucks. The ignorant "technician" helped me lose ALL of my stuff because she didn't understand English (and it took me a while to understand her accent). This is partly why outsourcing is wrong! I used to have an IBM which had great service. If anything went wrong, they would send someone over immediately to look over it--which is best for those of us still immersed in Dark Ages technology. Alas, those days are probably all but over.
