I'm done w/Durand Jumbo Video as well. Management sucks..especially the *rol* Ed. I know who you are talking about. She has even made snide comments to my son....7 years old...boy, that must have boosted that power trip feeling she has. The employees are just as bad. As employees don't fall far from the managers tree..perhaps the owners tree as well. I have been a member there since 1999. Paid all bulls**t late fees, etc. I rented a game for my son, which didnt work, brought it back 1/2 hr later and they would not exchange it as they had to first determine that the game still worked and the employee w/the only ability to do this check has the ps2 at home. So in order to exchange this non-functioning game..I had to rent a another one and be credited if said game works. I have spent over $ 70.00 there so far this month..lord knows if I add since 1999 what just my family alone has brought in. I understand the customers who may be in questionable standing..but great standing since 1999. I'll give my business to anyone else who can consider for a moment a circumstance that a $ 2.99 vid game can give to a business. Doesnt sound like much..but seven years adds to loyalty, which adds to dollars. Disrespect = see ya down the road. Have fun Jumbo.."instant karma is gonna get YOU".

p.s. Since I left Jumbo I have started with the Blockbuster Online and LOVE it!!! 15 bucks a month, no late fees and I ALWAYS have two movies in the house (usually 4 if I work it right). ED p.s. I never did call the JV main store. I guess she ticked me off so bad I figured heck with em, let em go out of business.
