T-Mobile is horrible. They have never been helpful in any way. The other day I dialed 418 instead of 415 and got Canada instead. Although I immediately hung up and informed them of the mistake, they charged me anyway. They also told me that even if my phone had been stolen at gunpoint and used to call burma or japan, I would still have to pay according to their policies. Can't wait for the contract to run out!
