Nature's Variety

Switched my beagle to the Raw Instinct dry formula (after reading the comments here), along with rotations of their many flavors of canned food and raw medallions. Within days I noticed that his coat has never been softer. He doesn't lick or scratch himself nearly as much either. I think I found the food I've been looking for... well done NV!
Edit: Ok, after a while we have taken my Beagle off of the Raw Instinct and switched him to to the Prairie diets. The reasons are four fold: 1) The Prairie's currently have more flavors (although I heard that the Raw Instinct will add more flavors soon) 2) The higher protein diet was giving him bad gas 3) He was gaining weight (high protein diet with not enough activity - which is my fault) 4) I'm a tad worried about things I have read concerning elevated levels of Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) with high protein diets
So far so good with the Prairie diets. The protein content seems to be just right for my dog's activity level; and no more smelly gas :-)
